Our regular distribution service covers the six counties of Eastern England, where we visit on a regular basis the outlets which have agreed to provide tourist information leaflets to their visitors and clients.
In addition to this we operate a specialist, bespoke, service where we can deliver outside of our normal area and even on a national basis.
Bigger outlets need to be topped up more often, so we categorise the outlets we visit based on their size, and this in turn determines the frequency of the visits we make to them.
Premiere Outlets are a selection of individual outlets outside of our normal accommodation and attractions outlets. These include strategic supermarkets, railway stations and other high-traffic locations.
Medium to large tourist attractions together with the very large accommodation sector - in excess of 50 units/bedrooms.
Visited every four weeks ensuring at least 8 visits per season. Seasonal average uptake of 200 - 400 leaflets per outlet.
Smaller but vital market sector consisting of accommodation providers with 16-50 units/bedrooms, and small attractions.
Visited every eight weeks ensuring at least 4 visits per season. Seasonal average uptake of 100 - 175 leaflets per outlet
Smaller accommodation sector consisting of 6-15 units/bedrooms.
Visited prior to the start of the season with a top-up visit just before the main school holidays. Seasonal average uptake of 50-80 leaflets per outlet.
Accommodation sector with 5 units/bedrooms or below.
